This workshop is for anyone who is curious about Connection and Freedom in play, this includes those who were on the March 'Connection and Freedom' Afternoon and want to explore the theme further and those who want to explore it for the first time. We will be focussing on activities and games involving, mirroring, copying, leading, following, contrast, and improvisation.

​Join Scottish clown and creative facilitator, Mairi-Claire Traynor, and me, Iona May-zing, for this deep dive (and splashing about in the shallows) into playfulness and creative flow. Building on embodied awareness and incorporating elements of the Nose-To-Nose person-centred clowning approach, you’ll work with impulse, rhythm, sound, and movement to discover how expression arises naturally when you let the body lead.
