Playing, Pausing, & Stuff - a day of Clowning Around with objects/props

Join clown facilitators Iona May-zing and Mairi-Claire Traynor for this special day of human connection, play, and taking time to pause in the 'here and now'. In this workshop you will encounter a range of simple, 'random' objects and get to experiment with what happens when you bring a clowny curiosity, imagination, and practicality to these encounters.
'...the Sincerest Form of Flattery' - playing by mirroring/imitating/copying

You will explore what emerges when you play through imitating your play-mates and the things you see in the world around you. Perhaps it'll be the starting point for joyous connection and symmetry. Or perhaps you will relish in your uniqueness and the glorious impossibility of becoming the 'perfect mirror'... Or perhaps something else entirely. Come along to find out!
