​As we step into spring, how about warming up your play muscles in this gentle and fun Clowning Around Afternoon for adults? We will focus on connection and freedom, which means exploring when you like to play by feeling free to do your own thing and when you like to play by responding to your connection with your play-mates or with an audience.

​Join Scottish clown and creative facilitator, Mairi-Claire Traynor, and me, Iona May-zing, for this deep dive (and splashing about in the shallows) into playfulness and creative flow. Building on embodied awareness and incorporating elements of the Nose-To-Nose person-centred clowning approach, you’ll work with impulse, rhythm, sound, and movement to discover how expression arises naturally when you let the body lead.
